Tahniah kepada Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia di atas satu lagi program yang memberi semangat kepada para guru untuk berusaha dengan lebih kuat untuk mencapai kejayaan dan kecemerlangan dalam pendidikan. Alangkah seronoknya jika seorang Guru Besar itu dipilih sebabagi Guru Besar yang berjaya. Apa tidaknya, ganjaran yang akan diperolehinya ialah sebanyak RM7,500.00 ( Tujuh Ribu Lima Ratus Ringgit ). Sudah tentulah ramai Guru Besar yang akan mula berkerja keras untuk mendapat bayaran insentif tersebut. Maka akan wujudlah berbagai program dan rancangan yang difikirkan siang dan malam untuk mencapai lonjakan dalam keputusan peperiksaan UPSR.
